"I'd love to see a tsunami right now" - Ralph

We were down on Sker and he decided he fancied seeing a giant wave crashing through and killing us for some reason, not really rational behaviour.
Getting super super lazy on updating this, and maybe even in general, not really done any skating apart from setting up a gap between a load of sheets of plywood down llangenydd a while back, on grass not sand. I may not really skate any more but still cant be wrecking my bearings!
Working for myself from home and having broadband does have its benefits, and finding loads of classic parts from videos down the years is definitely one of them. Heres a list so if your bored with a fast interweb you can get psyched and go skating, weathers perfect after all!

"Like a maglite, and a ................ well a camera" - Elroy Skins

Tom "Elroy" Skins trying to be clever and think of another word for camera, and when he couldnt ended up sounding like a mong! Was over there for his and Sophie's wedding which in the end didnt actually happen while we were there cos of a mixup with the forms, but they happily married now and on honeymoon in Portugal, no doubt living it up on the beach, lucky beggars!
Handful of clips online now from the trip, none of the actual wedding, meal or party. None from the wedding cos obviously there wasnt one! and none from the others because they being put onto dvd for them and also the fact that the file sizes are huge! Can view the offcuts by clicking here.
"You can't really fly doing martial arts can you?" - Ralph

He was watching 'Hero' at the time, a Jet Li film. In the same line as Crouching whatever it was called. Never beat a film called 'Shaolin Soccer' tho, craziest Chinese humour and just an allround mental film - 'Why you come here looking like E.T.?' when the main characters bird shaves her head.
Off to good old Ireland on Wednesday for Elroy skin's wedding. 1st time I've ever been over and not taken my board, but it rains so much over there this time of year there's no point. Not likely to have much time for it anyway.
Trying to think of something to replace that 'Listening To' column with, cos it aint been updated in ages, over a year I think. Any ideas?
"I think he's got gay person syndrome, you know like small person syndrome" - Elroy Skins

As some of you may have seen, Elroy was over with his fiance last week, and even put in an appearance down Porthcawl skatepark, dragging a load of Llantwit boys down too. Best atmosphere I've seen down there in ages. Got a little bit of footage to post up at sometime, although the trick Bail-e did I only really got him taking a tumble and nearly eating the coping, the make came out a bit rubbish.
Quote is talking about a kid who lives back in Sligo where skins lives. He's camper than a Butlins holiday park, but tries to make up for it by always playing rugby, football etc. and being super competitive. Remember last time I was over we played touch rugby and everyone just in normal clothes, some even playing barefoot. He turns up in body armour and football boots. Like he's trying to make up for being camp by trying to look like he's super tough, the same way small people are usually the loudest and have the wost attitudes.
One final thing, if anyone gets a missed call from 08700426655, DONT ring back, its a scam. Dont say I never post anything useful.
Not updated very often, maybe once a year!
